1. Our Commitment
At Nukpay, we stand behind the quality of our invoicing and document management platform. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro and Business plans. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you decide not to continue, simply do not subscribe, and your trial will expire without any charges.
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal if you are not satisfied with our Service. After the 7-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, you may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within the applicable time frame
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for abuse
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Transaction fees charged by payment processors
- Add-on services or one-time purchases after delivery
- Subscriptions that have been used extensively during the refund period
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial month or prorated amounts for monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Nukpay account
- Go to Settings → Billing → Contact Support
- Select "Refund Request" as the subject
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund
- Include your order/transaction ID if available
Alternatively, you can email us directly at billing@nukpay.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made
- You will retain access to premium features until the period ends
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends
9. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
