Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Freemium plan is free forever and asks for no card. You only enter card details if you decide to try Pro or Business.

How do fees work?

Stripe charges its standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). On top, Nukpay charges a 2.9% platform fee on payments routed via Stripe Connect. Manually-recorded cash or transfer payments incur no platform fee.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Paid plans cancel at the end of the current billing period — no fee, no commitment.

Where is my data?

A managed Postgres database (Supabase) with daily backups. Files (logos, PDFs) live on Cloudflare R2 with versioning enabled.

Do you support multi-currency?

Pro and Business yes — invoices and estimates can be issued in any ISO-4217 currency. Stripe handles conversion at the published rate.
